When downloaded to a PC or laptop, this data is used to generate time and dated patrol reports that can be exported and sent to a client.

Robust, High Quality Patrol Device
At the core of this patrol system is the Partner Robust patrol device, a device constructed from stainless steel with a textured grip to provide durability and ease of handling. Designed for use in demanding conditions, it is reinforced with a flame-retardant resin that seals its internal components, making it resistant to environmental damage. The recorder is built to be tamper-resistant and includes an integrated shock sensor, which detects and records any drops or impacts. This feature allows security managers to monitor how the device is being handled and assess whether it has been subjected to excessive force.

Unlike many patrol devices, the Partner Robust Recorder includes a physical shock sensor that records sudden drops, impacts, or throws. These incidents are categorized into three levels—low, medium, and high—and are recorded in the system with a corresponding timestamp. The Partner Patrol Points serve as the system’s checkpoints and are designed to be lightweight and durable. These metal tags function similarly to iButtons or Dallas Tags. When the recorder taps a checkpoint, it logs the unique ID of the tag along with the exact date and time.

Partner Professional Software & Lifetime License
The Partner Professional Software is a user-friendly program that enables security personnel and management to monitor patrols efficiently. The included Single User Lifetime License provides full access to the software without the need for renewal fees or additional licenses for new patrols or devices.

Long-Lasting Battery Performance
The Partner Robust Recorder is powered by a specially designed battery with an impressive lifespan of between two to four years, depending on usage and storage conditions. Unlike some systems, the docking station is solely used for data transfer and does not charge the device. Once the battery reaches the end of its lifespan, the unit can be sent to us for a professional battery replacement for a minor charge, ensuring continued functionality without needing to purchase an entirely new device.
