Maximise Efficiency
Cloud-Based Mobile App & Web Portal
The Partner Online real time security guard tour system has two parts. A mobile app that security officers use to patrol and collect data as well as a web-portal where all the data is collected and managed in the cloud.
As a patrol is in progress, the security officer taps NFC tags along a patrol route which updates to the web portal as it happens. The data can then be collated into advanced reports and automatically emailed to a manager or client.
On the Partner Online Dashboard, you will be able to follow along with patrols and see if the officer is completing tasks and meeting KPIs in real-time.
-
Real-time GPS & NFC Tracking Watch online while patrols are carried out.

This feature allows security personnel to record their patrols using a mobile app. Each checkpoint is equipped with NFC tags that the officers tap with their devices, instantly uploading the data to a centralized web portal via WIFI or Sim Data. From the web portal, managers and/or clients can view the patrols as they happen and follow along from anywhere in the world.
Officers use the Partner Online mobile app to scan NFC tags at designated checkpoints. Each scan records the date, time, and location, which are immediately transmitted to the management web portal. This process provides live updates and a verifiable record of patrols. This data is then saved in a GDPR compliant data centre and can be used for insurance or evidential purposes.
Real-time updates, like those provided by a cloud based guard tour system, provide several advantages, including:
- Instant monitoring of patrols for management.
- Increased accountability for security personnel.
- Immediate identification of missed or delayed checkpoints.
- Faster response to incidents or irregularities detected during patrols.
Yes, the Partner Online System stores all patrol data, allowing managers to access historical records, analyse trends, and generate detailed reports for audits or client reviews. We store this data for three years online but you can also export it should your require it to be saved longer than that.
Absolutely. While conducting patrols, officers can use the same app to report incidents directly. These reports include details like time stamps, geotags, and attached media (e.g., photos or videos), which are synchronized with patrol data for comprehensive oversight.
By requiring officers to interact with NFC tags at specified locations, the system ensures proof of presence. The data is recorded in real-time, preventing falsification and providing managers with a transparent view of operations. By having GPS working in conjunction with the NFC tags, managers can see exactly where officers are along the route and prevents them just taking the tags down and scanning them all in one location.
If a checkpoint is missed, the system will record the patrol as having been failed. Patrols can be set to be strict or variable order but all tags need to be tapped. If a patrol has been failed, a manager can then investigate why to ensure compliance in the future.
Yes, managers can assign tasks at will, schedule them in advance or tie them to a specific checkpoint. Officers are required to complete these tasks as part of their patrol, ensuring critical duties are not overlooked. If tied to a tag, they will not be able to complete the tag until the task has been completed.
Yes, these two features compliment each other while remaining distinct. If there if a lone worker alert and the user is out of communication, assistance providers can use the real-time updated patrol routes to determine where they might be with a greater degree of accuracy.
The Lone Worker functionality utilises GPS as the primary method of location where as real-time patrol monitoring uses pre-mapped NFC points that give a detailed route that the user has followed.
This allows for easier targeting of the downed user and greatly speeding up the delivery of potentially life saving aid.
The Partner Online is designed for Android smartphones compatible with NFC technology. You can either use your own devices or purchase them from us but the app will need to be installed on it by one of our technicians as there are a lot of permissions that need to be set to give users full control of the device. We strongly recommend ruggedised mobile handsets as security officers have been known to be somewhat rough and tumble with their equipment.
The Partner Online is billed annually as it is a cloud-based software with ongoing storage charges. There are two parts to the annual charge, the software license and the remote support charge. Any bundles for the software bought online will include 1 year of both of these charges and will require renewing on the same date in the following year. Pricing can be seen on our shop page. We charge per handset and not per user or by module. This means for one price you gain access to the full system and you can have an unlimited number of users.
All data collected by this security guard tour system is encrypted and transmitted securely to the web portal. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. All the data is stored in a GDPR compliant data centre.
Yes, the system allows for complete customization of patrol routes, checkpoints, and NFC tag locations to suit the unique needs of your premises or clients. Customisation takes only a couple of minutes and you can have multiple patrol routes using the same tags as long as the start and finish tags are different.
